Additionally, I ran into issues with the room key cards frequently, adding unnecessary trips to the front desk.

The room was super spacious and modern! I loved the Dove products in the bathroom and the big mirror. It had a mini fridge and microwave which were great for snacks. Bed plugs for charging were a big bonus too! Just wish the coffee pot worked better and the floor tiles could use some cleaning.

However, we were disappointed with the cleaning service, as it was only done once over our four nights, and we had to ask for towels multiple times. It's frustrating when you rely on daily housekeeping to keep things tidy. On a more positive note, the layout and facilities of the hotel are quite nice, providing ample space to get ready in our room.
